Farmland is duplicating in random places in my world

When I opened up my world I made just for snapshots, I see it is ALMOST normal, and when I went over to an area to expand my village, I saw weird farmland I had NOT placed (See pictures). Also the strange farmland was near a farm I had created myself. If I try to destroy the strange farmland it comes back a few seconds later even if I replace it with another block. Also in a bamboo forest I created, there is floating bamboo that breaks by itself and comes back and breaks again; it does not matter if I destroy it or not; same result: it comes back in the same place.
