[MC-139916] block and glass

When I went from 18w46a to18w47a my saved world had blocks and glass panes breaking on there own and some cactus have invisible bottom parts. Just tryed to replace the blocks and glass and they just break again and the cactus apears when i put a block in there place.

Does MC-139693 or the reports marked as duplicate of it describe the problem?

No Mc139693 is not the same but it was in a super flat world with the villages turn off.

I don't know if this helps, but I loaded the world today and the cactus that I removed are back again.

Just tryed 18w47b, the blocks and glass are no longer breaking and the cactus i removed are no longer there. THANK YOU!
