I was cleaning up a village on a fresh save when I noticed a weird spawn error and got rid of the dirt only to notice it kept replacing itself and coming back no matter what I did. *I only noticed it in villages?

I've seen this same issue in forests. One tree's trunk was completely replaced with dirt, as well as parts of my cobblestone wall. There are also vines sitting in bubbles in the middle of the ground beneath the forest, as well as a random line of growing bamboo towers.
