[MC-139988] The boat I'm in (With a chicken) keeps glitching backwards.

What I expected to happen was...:
The boat to go forward as usual

What actually happened was...:
The boat glitches backwards

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a boat in ocean
2. Put a chicken in the boat (Idk if this does anything)
3. Row over 1-3 block deep water occasionally.

In 18w47b, I don't get them as frequent or strong (Before, I was going back about 50 blocks), but they still happened once or twice in the 5 minutes I was riding in the boat.

I'm thinking that it is lag... I've been recording for 10+ minutes and haven't gotten any glitches. So sorry about that 😞
