Graphic Issues

Reinstalled graphic driver twice. This is the only game it happens in. Black and white lines move up and down the screen and starting a new world only makes it worse. Java is installed (both 32 and 64 bit). Game will crash after 2 minutes, if changed from fullscreen to windowed, or if alt tabbed. Cant find a fix anywhere
