Clicking bugged almost everywhere

Location: Minecraft survival multiplayer server, version 1.13.2. Using newest set of Jappa's textures. No other resource packs ever installed or used. Server was updated to 1.13.2 as well, and was using some minor plugins such as Grief Prevention Tools and a shop plugin, but not much else. No mods or hacks ever installed on this computer. Later appeared in creative and survival singleplayer, versions 1.12.2, 1.13, and 1.13.2. Touchscreen computer, but touchscreen mode is NOT enabled. Game is running at almost maximum settings and is not lagging at all.

First appeared in Minecraft 1.13.2 multiplayer server in survival mode, somewhere out in the wild with a few mobs nearby. Spider attacked me and clicks registered maybe one out of five or six times, and the spider nearly killed me because of how slow they were. (Wearing iron armor with iron sword.) Tried increasing mouse sensitivity but it did not do anything except make my avatar's head turn faster. Went to build a small house and had to click between 2 and 5 times to place any block. Could not break or place blocks while moving, even if trying to break blocks such as grass and flowers that are destroyed instantly. Attempted to pillar jump using oak logs and could not.

Went into inventory to craft something (birch planks from birch logs, if that matters.) Could not use shift-click or even regular click; instead, had to click and drag one block or stack at a time-- does not work well when crafting. Also could not click crafting recipes. Nobody else on the server reported any of these issues.

Opened singleplayer games in 1.13.2, 1.13, and 1.12.2. All had the same glitches. Tried to kill a sheep and it took me standing still while punching it to kill it. Breaking blocks is slightly less bugged in singleplayer, as it usually works on the first or second try, but still not ideal. Switched off resource pack, tested, and switched back on, nothing happened.

Unfortunately my recorder was acting up and I could not take a video. Screenshots would not show anything useful.

Edit: Launched one more time, manually crashed the game. (I've seen a lot of issues where a mod asks for a crash report, so I figured I'd be proactive.) Crash report is attached.
