berry bushes cannot be dispensed onto land.

berry bushes cannot be put on land via dispensers

other crops do this, and I'm not sure why this one doesn't.

how to reproduce:

1. get a dispenser

2. fill it with sweet berries

3. activate the dispenser

4. nothing happens.
