[MC-140984] Village houses can sometimes generate in the ground

When you go to the Village House at 2064, 74, -474 in the seed -1139114250121525643, you can see the house there is stuck inside the ground. This problem could affect other villages aswell, not just this one.

Quick thing to add. I'm not a moderator, but sometimes that happens. It's just the game creating funny seeds.

I know it can happen and has always happened, but the jigsaw blocks were designed to try to give villages a better look. It might have been a problem with them, that is why I am reporting this.
