Connection Lost: Invalid move player packet received. Help.

I was attempting to teleport myself while wearing an elytra in a single player creative world 1.13.2 on a MacBook Pro. However when I did, my game said "Connection Lost: Invalid Move Player Packet Received". I teleported myself to x:0, y:100000, z:0. I've used any and all resources the internet as to offer and this website as well and have come up with nothing. I've tried working with the level.data to no avail. I am by no means someone who understands code and am in desperate need of help.
