All Villagers Spawned Naturally Are Plains Villagers

Pretty simple. All villagers that naturally spawn in any of the new villages, no matter the biome, are plains villagers. However, using a spawn egg does spawn the right type of villager in their respective biome, it is just naturally spawned villagers that have this issue.
