lever state blockstate json backwards

the blockstate lever.json file points the unpowered state of the lever to the 'on' lever_on.json model file.
and thusly the powered state of the lever to the lever.json model file ( off )

just thought i'd report it, easy fix. didn't see any relevant hits in search results
