[MC-141641] 1.14 delayed lag

Hello! There is this very annoying issue in 1.14 where everything is so laggy, opening chests, dropping items,etc...
No matter how much RAM I allocate it's just so laggy.
despite the graphics card being old It runs the other versions very smoothly.
When I set the render distance to the lowest amount, the lag goes away.
Please fix this problem.

RAM doesnt affect performance, it usually makes it worse

Your GPU is under the minimum requirements which probably doesnt help

Use a different PC, Your CPU is 12 years old, your GPU is 4 generations under the minimum requirements and your mac is not even supported by Apple anymore

1.14 uses the new rendering engine and 1.13.2 changed the internals so its more resource intensive
Also snapshots are development versions and are not as optimized
