when i try to use a Nether Portal the game doesnt work anymore and it Shows the "Loading Terrain..." Screen . Then i have to Close minecraft with my taskmanager.

Closed as "cannot reproduce" then as your problem is solved. The difference between 1.13.2 and the snapshots is tracked in this ticket: MC-138114
fixed in 19w02a but it still loads longer than in 1.13.2
