Cartography table does not update when cloning maps

The bug

When cloning multiple maps in a cartography table, taking the cloned map out will leave the slot blank, even though it can still make more maps. Clicking in that slot again will pick up a cloned map that was previously not visible.

Confirmed in 19w05a and 19w06a.

Not fixed in 1.14 Pre-Release 2. In fact, this led to a new duplication bug: MC-148185.

Confirmed not fixed 1.14 Pre-Release 2. Can still reproduce.
