sky light does not dissapear

Sky light does not go away. in a room fully enclosed in dirt, there is still sky light. when i removed the lanterns, block light did not disapear.
in the pictures you can see light level 14 at night, and you can see block light even when the lightsorces are gone. The lanterns were placed under the glass because the villager kept getting stuck.
