When I threw an invisible potion to the villagers, only their faces were invisible, their costumes weren't invisible.

the new villigers have a seperate skin/texure on top of the old one still used. It seems as the old villiger underneath the invisibilyty effect. the new texures situated on top of the old ones are propaly not updated to be invisible when the invisibility effect appears.
