Disappearing blocks after placing

I have this same issue with new snapshot., happens to me after the "stuck in bed" crash.

There is a entity that is invisible in those locations you cant place a block. If you fill that area with sand as you did in the video, then quit and return to the game, you will likely hear a villager suffocation, or another entity appear after breaking the blocks again. It may take several tries to get rid of the offending invisible items. I was unable to get rid of invisible Iron Golums this way, but I never tried lava, my world eventually became so corrupted I gave up.
