New wall blocks are in the building blocks bar in creative inventory

Cobblestone wall and mossy cobblestone wall have move to decoration blocks bar from building blocks bar in a past version, and Mojang add some new wall blocks in 1.14 snpshot, but these new wall blocks are in building blocks bar instead of decoration blocks bar, and two old wall blocks are in decoration blocks bar, it's weird that old wall blocks and new blocks are two different creative bar
