Place block: stone, polished diorite, dirt. Probably any.
Block disappears before I can even grab a screenshot.
Bug occurs consistently in some locations, never in some other locations.
Block does not return to inventory.
Block does not appear as an entity.
Have not yet found a pattern to locations which will disappear a block.
Do they appear if you close the world and open it again?
