[MC-142432] Campfire smoke stays if campfire is destroyed

Steps for the bug:

(exiting the server and then coming back with fix it from continuing to produce smoke)

create a campfire with a haybale under it.
create a line of tnt going to the campfire and a loop of tnt around the campfire
light the tnt to explode
the smoke should continue to produce even though no campfire is there.
