Was in snapshot 19w02 previously and had the villagers all working fine. After updating, some disappeared.
Many of the villagers in the world disappeared. (They were created/ spawned before the 1.14 snapshots). Also, villagers that spawn due to villager breeding lack unique skins and have no trade UI.
