The blocks are placed even when the player prevents it.

I hope this is not taken as a duplicate but well, I discovered this bug when I was creating a quarz structure, when I placed a block in a place where the player was there, the restriction is ignored.
I have a video, but the page is accepting it for storage restrictions.
