Zombie Pigman not get agro when shot by bow

When shooting zombie Pigmen with a bow, no matter from what distance, they completely ignore me. It works normally if I hit them with my fist/sword.

That means, when I have for example a basic pigman gold farm, and I want to lure the Pigmen into my trap, I normally shoot them with my bow from a save distance and agro them this way. When I try to do this in the latest snapshot, the targeted pigman receives the damage from the shot, but doesn't start chasing me(neither The other pigman around). By approaching them manually with a sword, everything works as intended and the pigmen start to chase me
