Enchanted items show its background on enchantment table

When dragging an enchanted item over the book icon in the enchantment table, the enchantment background shows in the lower half of the book. I think that it shouldn't show.

To reproduce:

1. Place a enchantment table in the world,

2. Drag an enchanted item over the book icon.
