Elytra aren't activating at all. Either when jumping from a high spot or when trying to launch from the ground. Tried in new world and in several older worlds.
Environment
Minecraft world. Normal environment. Tested in new worlds and old worlds. Java version. Windows 10.
Changing dimensions also puts you in unloaded chunks, so going to the end will trigger that bug, and a side effect of that bug is that elytra don't work.
I would love to hear how this is related to MC-92916.
