Dying in a hardcore single-player world returns you to multi-player screen

When you die in a hardcore, single-player world, pressing the 'Back to title screen' button takes you to the multiplayer world list instead of to the title screen.

I expected that clicking the 'Back to title screen' button would take me back to the title screen. 🙂

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go into Singleplayer and create a hardcore world.
2. Play the hardcore world & die.
3. Click the 'Delete World' button.
4. Click the 'Back to title screen' button.
5. You are now on the Multiplayer world list screen.
