Crash before or just after start up

Just installed this game for my daughter and it crashes at start up screen or just after once the game has loaded.

Windows 10 and java installed is 8 update 201. Tried uninstalling java, rebooting and reinstalling java and it makes no difference.

Any ides would be much appreciated.
