[MC-14340] Torches on houses on villages

The torches inside a house in a village only lights where it is placed and the block above it

What I expected to happen...:
Torches will light every block around it

What actually happened...:
Torches just light up were block it is placed and block above it

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a village.
2. Get inside 1 of houses.
3. Look at the torches.

Not a duplicate. I understand the issue but its not a duplicate because it is in a village and I'm not doing anything on it. I just saw it but the another issue have a block update.

All torches count as naturally generated unless placed by the player. Issues similar to yours have been reported and marked as a duplicate of MC-3329. Look through the duplicate list of MC-3329 for similar issues, such as MC-11266.
