It's similar to that bug post but its not a duplicate. His are about being placed and placing in the wrong area. Mine don't appear anywhere else. I'm talking about ones that were already around.

It's the same, they are just very offset from their actual location.
The server still has them on the correct location, it's just the client that has it very messed up.
Item frames are Invisible.
