Splash text changes when you resize the window

I know this isn't the place to discuss ticket resolutions, but the splash texts are supposed to be lines containing little surprises every time you open the game or return to the menu. With those lines changing every single time you resize the game's window, or click away from the menu and come back, the amount of lines the game "spits" at you gets so overwhelming that they basically lose all of its specialness. Getting a new splash line is now as trivial as maximizing the game's window; with that, splashes have a much less "unique" feel to them as you can now just generate dozens of them with a click of a mouse button. That's not to say how jarring it looks to have that line change all of a sudden. For a piece of text like this, I'd expect the player to never be able to "see" that line changing – once it's there it stays there --, which is now not the case anymore.

Marked as WAI but MC-146707 (exactly the same thing) was marked as Fixed in 19w13a. Okay.
