Invisible entities are not entirely disappearing

The invisible entities are like if I'm in spectator mode, even though I'm in creative, survival, or adventure.  

I think because of this, the "ShowCustomName" NBT tag is not working, which is kind of annoying when making Command Block creations, especially NPCs that move.
