[MC-143936] Textures appear cut out while using Forge 1.12.2 and xaero's minimap

Textures appear with an empty texture around them.

You are using a modded version of the game; this tracker is for vanilla only. Please report mod issues to the relevant team(s). (Additionally, note that we only accept reports for 1.13.2 and the latest 1.14 snapshot).
