Minecraft gets detected as a virus and cant run 19w07a

1st: (first of all : I am from Austria and I dont know if the anti virus programm called "Avira" is known anywhere else in the world ) I Installed the newest snapshot 19w07a and then my Ani-virus (called Avira) program detected somthing in the 'appdata' folder. I reinstalled the game but still, as soon as I started the snapshot again, It was detected again.

2nd: The game won't run when I hit the play button. It says that something in the mc folder cant get safed. I have to reboot my pc so that I can run it normaly. ( cant tell exactely what it said)😞
