[MC-144205] No death message of death

When NBT Explorer is used to change the player's health and maximum health to 0, there is no death message and health bar in the death interface of the survival mode.

Invalid due to 3rd party programs manipulating player data.

But there should be at least one death message,

such as:

[player] fell out of the world（[玩家]掉出了这个世界）,

[player] died（[玩家]死了）.
