unknown_pack.png uses outdated new cobblestone texture

If you look at the resource pack icon and the cobblestone texture, you can see that the resourcepack icon cobblestone uses the texture from the early snapshots of 1.14 instead of the slightly more detailed cobblestone texture in the later snapshots.
