[MC-144349] Missing textures for end portal

Missing textures for the sides and the underside the block for a long time and it need a fix for builders.

Hasn't the end portal block always been like that? I don't remember it ever having side/bottom textures.

Indeed, it has been like that for a very long time (see MC-3366).

The end gateway block is a full cube and doesn't have this limitation but has the same appearence; you might want to try that (though be aware of beam-related properties of it such as MC-107824)
