From the update of yesterday 's Minecraft Launcher, when Language was specified as Japanese, Minecraft Launcher did not start up. After repeating reinstallation, I confirmed that the cause will occur if Language is specified as Japanese. It does not occur if you are in English. Please fix it.
I'm sorry, I will correct this. It was useless if I changed the symbolic link(cf: C:→D: ). It seemed that I was able to start up while I was repeating the reinstall, forgetting to erase ".minecraft" of roaming. Language was irrelevant, it was a matter of specifying a symbolic link. I apologize to you for a fuss over.
Symbolic links not working is a known behavior (MCL-5294 is the ticket for that and manually changing the
APPDATA
variable I think); you can specify a--workDir
argument to change the location in a way that is supported.
