[MC-144500] Crash when Minecraft try to read/create options.txt

When I try to open options menu the game will crash and cannot be relaunch again until you delete options.txt file

Thanks! but I don't have Geforce experience install so it shouldn't be that.
Will try to install it and disable the overlay to see if that do anything.

Its installed by default with the graphics driver
