I went afk overnight when i got back in game there was so many pillagers that the game was so laggy the particles for eating took about 5 seconds. the game was using all memory allocated there were around 10-12 sets of pillagers surrounding my base. restarting the game did not remove the mobs and the only way to get rid of them was to rush them naked and have them do damage to eachother while trying to kill me

I will load up and go afk overnight tonight and see. Due to the lack of bug fixes that continued to hinder play i stopped playing before the end of febuary. it was too annoying to not be able to trade and to not have any farms because rails wouldnt work so i havent tried/played in almost a month now. will get back to you in the morning.
Does this still happen in the current snapshot 19w12b?
