iron golem bug

In the latest snapshot of Minecraft Java when you build an iron golem with any blocks(besides the ground) near the iron golem, an iron golem won't spawn. I built an iron golem, expecting it to spawn, but it didn't. I'm not sure if it's because if it was night or if it was raining, but either way, it wouldn't spawn.

 

how to do this(or at least, how i assume to do it)

  1. open up minecraft java edition and go to the latest snapshot

  2. build an iron golem near any block that isn't the ground(such as a hill or something like that, or a wall)

@Asteraoth the recording thing on the game bar doesn't work in minecraft for some reason, but i'll try

If you can't attach an image, was there grass, flowers, ect. close to the iron blocks (MC-60792)?

i tried to attach a recording of me recording the bug, but it exceeds the file size for some reason
