Some dropped items do not disappear when picked up

Was killed in a village (through a wall by a ravager, which I don't think is itself a bug but really, really should be fixed) while a (glitched) raid was ongoing, and when I picked up my items, a number of the dropped versions remained, despite those items being in my inventory.
