Campfire cannot be litted correctly

When I was trying to lit a campfire, I right tick the side of a campfire ,but the campfire didn't litted. In fact, the fire had be litted on the ground. I'm not sneaking when I was trying to lit it.

And if it's avaliable to lit other block ,it will try to lit other block instead of  trying to lit the campfire .

Maybe when trying to right tick a campfire with flint and steel, it will try to set the fire block first. If it's not avaliable to set the fire block ,it will try to lit the campfire. I think it is not thhe right order.

Sorry, it's the first time that I tried to use it  to report the bug. I didn't know hou to use it.

I think I am experiencing this issue too. I'm running the 19w42a snapshot.

My friend and I have been placing campfires under beehives. Specifically, in a hole just below the beehive and in front of the tree. The bees keep running into the campfires and dying, so I've been putting them out after I harvest the honeycomb.

When I relight the campfire with flint and steel, if there is anything above and to the side of the campfire, the campfire does not light. Instead, something close to the campfire sets alight instead, often leading to the burning of a beehive.

So my friend and I have had to remove the lowest log from every tree, and any nearby flowers, in order to prevent this from happening.

Here's an example of what we had to do to prevent other things burning when we try to light campfires with flint and steel. (Please note that the campfire doesn't have to be in a hole one block deep - that's just our personal preference!) If there is a block or flower on any of the sides of the hole, the flint and steel sets something else alight and not the campfire itself.

@Zhang Haoyu, my friend just opened this bug report: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-163994 Is this your bug too?

@Cassian Lodge , it should be the same one.
