Every time i try to make any minecart (empty, with chests, with hopper, with entity or player) turn, with any type of rail before and after, it just bouce and turn back like if there's a wall.
They also have difficulties to run down slopes (only empty minecart)
Environment
Windows 10 64 bit, 16 GB Ram Corsair, Motherboard MSI pro gaming plus, GPU gtx 1060 6 GB.
Played in a 3 player server (hosted by gamehosting.it) and started in version 1.13.2
