Minecraft playing in the background causing crashes and preventing me to see skins in muliplayer

I've been dealing with this problem since I have purchased the Dell Inspiron 15 7000 gaming edition about 2 years ago. The launcher would act normally as much as I know, however, its either the game will not begin its booting process Unless. I go into my Task Manager, go down into my background apps, and end task 2 Minecraft launchers.

I've done many processes such as; the ol' off and on, uninstalling and reinstalling, system reset the laptop, let it simply run, and several others that I search via forums and youtube videos. It has finally gotten to the point where I post this issue here.

If these things do get seen, the sooner the better. I love this game since I was young and I hate to stop playing due to this issue.

You don't have access to them yet.

Please check if that's still an issue for you in Minecraft 1.14.3 Pre-Release 2.
