Sign can´t get a text by command

(1) When for ex. you like to change the text on a birch_sing to ,,I like Minecraft,, in the second line with a command, you´ll get a error in the chat (Photo). The sign has the same text after this.

(2) The same happen when you´ll do a setblock-command or a give-command, but the sign will create.
