Scoreboards won't save

I noticed this when I played around with my map. I saved and quitted the world and came back that the intro to my map didn't play. The Functions were fine, but I checked the scoreboards and found out that they didn't save. Before the video, I turned off the machine that gives me the 86 other scoreboards every tick. In the video, I joined back and the scoreboards aren't there anymore.
