[MC-145777] New "Globe" Banner Pattern not appearing on Banners

When adding a coloured dye to a banner while using the "Globe" Banner Pattern, It is not appearing as shown in the images attached. This was tested in both Creative and Survival.

This is caused by your resource pack.

It's not due to your resource pack. Its cause is most likely OptiFine. You have it installed, right?
