Game keeps crashing whenever I collect a potion from a brewing stand

Every time I click on a potion, my game crashes. In the crash report, it says "The game crashed whilst ticking block entity
Error: java.lang.IllegalStateException: POI never registered at eu{x=39, y=68, z=140}"
