When in a boat and turning, I see jittery side to side turning movement, also the drowned mob is not able to damage me in the boat

The boat issue is MC-145731. The drowned issue sounds unrelated. Please keep one bug per report.
Affected me and my girlfriend too. Turning in a boat makes the screen image stutter. This occurs in all camera settings.
