Cannot Reproduce

When riding a adult horse and throwing a swiftness potion at it, while riding it the horse is too fast and glitches the game

What do you mean by "glitches"? What happens? Chunk loading lag? Ocelots spawning underwater? Color inversion? Zombies spawning in Peaceful?

Like u just ZOOM forward instantly and then lag. try it urself
